If you have problems or errors on a device that you are using for the first time, make sure that it meets the system requirements.
If you have already successfully used the program on this device, check the Internet connection first.
If the connection is OK, completely reboot all equipment.
If reboot did not help, clear cache and cookies and update your browser to the latest version. We guarantee operation of the service in the latest versions of Chrome and Safari.
If you have the latest version of the supported browser, make sure you do not have ad blockers installed. Some of them can interfere with the service by mistake.

In the bug report, describe in detail the problem and the steps that need to be taken to reproduce it. Attach a photo of the entire screen or screenshots, or better, record a video. Enter your username, as well as information that can help us immediately understand what's wrong.
Do not rush to send a message as soon as possible. The more detailed you describe the problem, the faster we will understand and solve it.
Please, do not post other reports until the first one is resolved unless there is clear evidence that the issues may be related.
